NOTICE: THE NON-CANON INFO WRITTEN IN THIS PIECE COMES FROM MY OWN IMAGINATION AND DOES NOT APPLY TO THE IMAGINATIONS OF OTHER FANS!
I have decided to take a different approach to this piece than I normally did with my other TUGS pieces. Rather than just drawing everyone fully sailing randomly, I decided to draw a portion of what Captain Zero's office would look like. Here, I do show some info on Zip and Zug and their crimes. Some of which came from the show, others were made up.
DESCRIPTION:
- A newspaper in Zug's records talks about when he and Zip were arrested for the theft of the fire barge (Bigg Freeze).
- A paper on the bottom right says that the switchers were guilty of nudging Big Mac onto a mud bank and had to pay for his repairs (Sunshine).
- A note to self saying that Zip and Zug are to have assistance from Zak (note that Zak wouldn't normally help the switchers, but either he made a deal with them or Captain Zero forced him to) to become capable of taking part of serious contracts and crimes that they couldn't do before.
- I have put in my Z-Stacks remake piece that serves as a group photo taken in 1927. Notice that it has been torn up a bit.
I know, I know...Zip and Zug are dummies, and although they might've grown more intelligent in my eyes over the years, they thought it would be funny to smile in their mugshots. It goes to show that they're proud of being arrested and believing that nothing will happen to the Z-Stacks, despite that the fleet never gets away with crime, thanks to the authorities and the Star Fleet.
NOTES:
- This is my first SUCCESSFUL Photoshop painting
- I think Zug's mugshot in the Bigg Freeze paper wasn't done well
- This is also my first Grayscale painting
- I wanted to make this piece a photo as if it were taken in the 20's
- It is most likely the photo was taken in 1929 (not in real life)
